Licence — what you may do with the images
Operated by TJ NOVA LTD · Company No. 17308318
In one line
While your plan is active you may download images and use them commercially, worldwide, forever — including after you cancel. You may not resell the image files themselves.
You may
Use them in training decks, compliance handbooks, manuals and e-learning; advertising, social posts and websites; printed materials, packaging and signage; client deliverables you are paid for; products you sell where the image is part of a larger work. Edit, crop, recolour and combine them freely. No attribution required.
You may not
Resell, sublicense or redistribute the image files as files; register them as your trade mark or logo; use them as training data for machine-learning models; use them to imply endorsement; use them unlawfully or deceptively.
How these images are made — and why that is good for you
They are generated, not photographed: no photographer, no model and no property owner can come back with a claim — there is no model release to chase because there is no model. We deliberately keep recognisable faces, real brands and real logos out of the library. If you spot one, write to [email protected] and we will pull the file.
Because they are AI-generated, some jurisdictions treat the images as not eligible for copyright protection in themselves: you may use them freely, but you cannot stop someone else using a similar image. Some platforms require you to disclose AI-generated media — if yours does, disclose it.
Limits that come with the plan
100 downloads a day and 1,000 a month per account, on every plan. Files you already downloaded stay licensed after you cancel; the right to download new ones ends with the plan.
What we do not promise
We do not offer legal indemnity. We take the precautions above and will take a file down the moment there is a credible problem with it; if you need a contractual indemnity against third-party claims, tell us and we will refund you rather than let you rely on something we do not provide.
Questions
Write to [email protected] describing the use and we will answer in writing — that written answer is part of your licence.
